中文摘要: 采用搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)方法对厚度为22 mm的6061-T6铝合金板进行单道对接焊实验,并对焊缝的力学性能和微观组织进行了分析。结果表明,用FSW方法焊接22 mm厚的6061-T6铝合金板可得到成形美观、内部无缺陷的平板对接接头。在旋转速度为1000 r/min、焊接速度为120 mm/min时,其焊接接头的σb=205 MPa,为母材强度的66%。
英文摘要:6061-T6 aluminum alloy plate with 22 mm thickness was connected by FSW, the micro-structure, mechanical property of the welded joint were analyzed. The results demonstrate that the welded joint with good appearance and detect-free in the inner can be obtained under optimum joining conditions. When the rotating speed is 1000 r/min and the welding speed is 120 mm/min, the tensile strength of the welded joint reaches 205 MPa, approaches to 66% that of the matrix material.
