中文摘要:采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对厚度为6 mm的3A21铝合金板进行对接焊,研究了其接头的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、冲击性能和显微硬度。结果表明,焊接接头抗拉强度134 MPa,接头强度系数为86%;接头弯曲性能良好;接头焊核区冲击韧度最好;焊接区显微硬度值较低,发生了软化。
英文摘要:3A21 aluminum sheet with 6 mm were welded by FSW in single pass. The tensile property, bend property, impact toughness and microhardness of the welded joint was studied. The results show that the tensile strength of the welds is 134 MPa and the strength factor is 86%. The bending property of the welds is good. The impact toughness of the weld nugget is better than others. The microhardness of the welding zone is low, which is softened.
