中文摘要:分别采用3000、530、210和20 nm的金红石按照D550R药皮配方制成四种焊条。通过操作性能测试、汉诺威电弧质量分析系统测试、硬度试验和磨损试验,研究了金红石粒度对焊条性能的影响。研究表明,降低金红石粒度可以使焊条的飞溅减小,脱渣性、焊缝成形和电弧稳定性得到改善,金红石粒度为20 nm时脱渣性、焊缝成形最佳,金红石粒度为530 nm时焊接电弧的稳定性最好。随金红石粒度的减小熔敷金属的耐磨性提高,金红石粒度为20 nm的焊条熔敷金属在无润滑连续滑动磨损条件下耐磨性最高。
英文摘要:Four electrodes were prepared using D550R covering composition with rutile particle size of 3000 nm, 530 nm, 210 nm, 20 nm, respectively. By welding operating testing, measurement of Hannover arc characteristics analyzer, hardness test and wear test, the influence of rutile particle size on the properties of the electrodes was studied. The results show that, the slag detachability and appearance of the weld and the arc stability improve with rutile particle size decreasing, the best slag detachability and appearance of the weld is got when rutile particle size is 20 nm, the best welding arc stability is obtained when rutile particle size is 530 nm. The wear resistance of the deposited metal increases with the decrease of rutile particle size, and the wear resistance of the deposited metal with rutile size of 20 nm is best under the condition of oil-free lubricatoin and continuous skimming wear.
