中文摘要:采用SHS离心法制备了Al2O3陶瓷内衬复合钢管,利用扫描电镜、金相显微镜及X射线衍射法对陶瓷内衬的显微组织及物相组成进行分析,测试了陶瓷层的抗剪强度、孔隙率以及耐腐蚀性。结果表明,陶瓷内衬复合钢管由钢管层、以铁为主的过渡层以及陶瓷层构成;陶瓷和钢管基体的结合性能良好;陶瓷层的孔隙率约为10%,其耐腐蚀性良好。
英文摘要:The Al2O3 ceramic-lined steel pipes were made by SHS centrifugal process. The microstructure and phase constituent in ceramic layer were investigated by SEM, metalloscope and X-ray diffraction. The shear strength, percentage of porosity and corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating were tested. The results show that the ceramic-lined pipe is composed of inner ceramic layer, transition iron layer and outer steel pipe. The combination performance of ceramic and steel is better. The porosity of the ceramic coating is about 10%. The corrosion resistance of the ceramic coating is better.
