中文摘要:通过SEM、OM、EDS及点滴法耐蚀性能测试等方法,研究了pH值对镁表面植酸转化膜组织与耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:pH值对植酸转化膜的成膜过程影响很大,pH=1.5~2.0时,沉积效率低,成膜困难;pH=3.5~4.0时膜层开裂;当pH=3.0时,膜层光滑,耐腐蚀性能最佳。
英文摘要:The effects of pH value on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of phytic acid conversion coating on magnesium surface were investigated by SEM, OM, EDS and dropping corrosion test. The results show that pH value is an important factor in the process of film-forming. The coating is difficult for forming at pH 1.5~2.0 due to its low deposition rate, and the formed coating at pH 3.5~4.0 has crack, but the formed coating at pH 3.0 has the best corrosion resistance, and the coating is smooth.
