中文摘要:对A36钢在Gleeble-1500D热模拟机上进行快速回火处理与普通回火处理, 测定低温冲击韧度; 用JEM2100透射电镜观察组织变化和碳化物的分布,研究A36钢快速回火是否可以取代传统回火工艺。结果表明:高温快速回火与传统回火的组织基本一致,且快速回火40 s后的A36钢中的碳化物细小,分布也很均匀,综合力学性能最好。
英文摘要:The prompt tempering and traditional tempering of A36 steel were carried out using Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation machine, impact toughness at low-temperature was measured, microstructure change and carbide distribution were observed by JEM2100 TEM. The results show that the microstructure of prompt tempering is basically consistent with that of traditional tempering, the carbide becomes smaller and its distribution is very uniform after prompt tempering. The integrated mechanical property of A36 steel after prompt tempering for 40 s is the best .
