中文摘要:研究了冷处理对42CrMo钢和40CrNiMo钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,冷处理并不能明显改善钢的显微组织或提高钢的常温力学性能,但能显著提高钢的低温(-40 ℃)冲击吸收功。本实验条件下,42CrMo钢和40CrNiMo钢经860 ℃淬火后,进行-70 ℃冷处理,最后在590 ℃回火,其低温冲击吸收功最佳。
英文摘要:The effects of cryogenic treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of 42CrMo steel and 40CrNiMo steel were investigated. The results show that through cryogenic treatment, the microstructure and the mechanical properties at normal temperature can't be further improved, but the impact absorbing energy at -40 ℃increases. On this experiment condition, the preferable impact absorbing energy at low temperature can be obtained after quenching at 860 ℃+ cryogenic treated at -70 ℃ and tempered at 590 ℃.
