英文摘要:The fracture of 42CrMo steel reducer gear shaft was analyzed. The hardness of reducer gear shaft was tested and its microstructure was analyzed. The results show that the microstructure can't reach the requirements, which causes inadequate hardness of gear shaft, and thus it results in the shear failure of gear shaft. According to the technical requirement, the reasonable heat treatment process for gear shaft was determined.
