中文摘要:采用宏观、微观检验、硬度测试及能谱分析等手段,对45钢接头调质后产生裂纹的原因进行分析,发现显微组织中存在着严重的带状偏析、非金属夹杂物、奥氏体晶粒大小不均匀以及工件未淬透等缺陷。结果表明,工件未淬透及严重的带状偏析导致45钢接头调质后产生了弧形裂纹。
英文摘要:The reasons for crack of 45 steel joint after quenching and tempering was analyzed by macro and micro structure test, hardness test and energy spectral analysis and so on. There are such defects such as the heavy band segregation, non-metallic inclusions, heterogeneous austenite grains and non-hardened. The results show that the arc-shaped cracks are caused by joint non-hardened and the critical non-metallic inclusions in the raw materials.
