中文摘要:对经完全退火处理的40Cr钢在室温下实施了等效应变约为0.5的等通道转角挤压(ECAP),发现钢中铁素体晶粒高效细化(从10~50 μm到1 μm),珠光体组织亦发生明显的剪切变形。结果表明,经室温ECAP加工,铁素体+珠光体组织的中碳钢材料的屈服极限、抗拉强度大幅提升,塑性降低但仍保持在很高的水平。
英文摘要:A fully annealed 40Cr steel was processed by equal-channel angular press at room temperature, with an imposed equivalent strain about 0.5. The grain size of ferrite was refined(from 10~50 mm to 1mm). There was shear deformation in pearlite microstructure. The results demonstrate that the yield strength and tensile strength of 40Cr steel with ferrite-pearlite improve after ECAP. The ECAP steel has a high level of tensile ductility.
