中文摘要:分析了铝合金深杯形零件的形状特点,制定了反挤压成形毛坯、开式小飞边终锻成形的工艺方案。工艺参数的计算表明,挤压毛坯可在终锻成形时一次正确成形锻件。对挤压制坯、开式终锻成形进行了有限元模拟。模拟结果显示,挤压毛坯能正确成形锻件;制定的两步成形工艺可行、合理,对该锻件的生产具有一定的指导意义。
英文摘要:The shape feature of deep cylindrical part of Al alloy was analyzed, and the forming process in which the blank was formed by backward extrusion and the finish forging gained by open die forming with small flash was laid down. The calculation of process parameters show that the forging could be fabricated once in the finish die forging with small flash. The extruding forming and finish die forging were simulated, and the simulation results show that the backward extruding blank is right and can form forgings; the forming scheme is reasonable and feasible, and has some guiding significance for manufacturing the parts.
