中文摘要:选用石英粉与铝矾土作为耐火骨料,以硅溶胶和PVA为复合粘结剂,以钠基膨润土和羧甲基纤维素 (简称CMC)为复合悬浮剂,通过正交试验,确定了铸铁件消失模水基涂料的最佳配比。经测试和生产验证,其性能良好,能很好的适应生产要求。
英文摘要:Using silica flour and alumina powder as the refractory material, silicasol and PVA as complex bonding agent, Na-bentonite and CMC as complex deflocculant, the optimum mixing ratio of a water-based coating for iron castings in EPC was defined through orthogonal experiment. The results show that the coating has good properties and meets the production requirements.
