中文摘要:对6061铝合金坯料进行415 ℃保温3 h+30 ℃/h炉冷的去应力退火,然后进行“H”形复合挤压,分析其金属流动规律及出现的缺陷。并把实际结果与DEFORM-3D模拟情况进行对比。结果表明:挤压后的试样连皮根部流线不畅,且连皮越薄,缺陷越严重,甚至出现穿流和空洞。挤压过程所需载荷可大致分为缓慢上升、加速上升和急剧上升3个阶段,挤压缺陷出现在急剧上升阶段。
英文摘要:After stress relieving annealing of the specimens of 6061 aluminum alloy under the conditions of 415 ℃×
3 h+30 ℃/h furnace cooling, the H shape composite extrusion was carried out to analyze the flow line and arisen defect of metal. And the practical results were compared with the numerical results under DEFORM-3D software. The results show that there are some defects of flow lines at the root of wad, and the thinner the wad, the more serious the defects, even the flow-through and cavity exists. The load of deformation can be divided into three stages, slow increasing stage, accelerative increasing stage and sharp increasing stage, the defects appear during the third stage.
