中文摘要:采用有限元数值模拟技术,对不同的压边力分布对拼焊板盒形件拉深成形中焊缝移动的影响规律进行了研究。通过调整压边力的大小和随位置的分布,实现对拼焊板盒形件成形过程中焊缝移动的控制。研究表明:不同的压边力大小和分布对拼焊板盒形件焊缝移动有很大影响,增大薄侧板料的压边力以及减小厚侧板料的压边力能有效控制焊缝移动量。利用随位置变化的多点控制的分块压边力更能有效控制拼焊板盒形件的焊缝移动,有利于控制板料在凹模中的流动,有效提高拼焊板盒形件的冲压成形性能。
英文摘要:By numerical simulation, the effect law of blank holder force (BHF) distribution on the weld-line movement during the forming process of square cup of tailor-welded blank(TWB) with different thickness was studied. By adjusting the size and distribution of BHF, the weld-line movement was controlled. The results show that the weld-line movement is largely influenced by the size and distribution of BHF. The weld-line movement can be controlled by increasing BHF of the thin blank and reducing BHF of the thick blank. Besides, the weld-line movement can be effectively controlled by the multi-point control of variable BHF which changes with forming position. And the sheet blank flowing is easily adjusted in the die, the forming formability of square cup of the TWB largely improves.
