中文摘要:利用Dynaform数值模拟软件和SVR支持向量机算法对影响焊缝移动的强度系数比、厚度比、压边力大小及分布、拉延筋阻力大小、凹模圆角半径、摩擦因数六个参数进行建模分析。通过对建模结果的分析比较可知,在强度比或厚度比一定条件下,随着参数选择的连续变化,焊缝移动量存在最小值;同时,利用所建模型可以对一定工艺参数下的拼焊板焊缝移动进行快速预测,节省了仿真计算时间,提高了工作效率,为拼焊板的焊缝移动控制提供新的思路和依据。
英文摘要:Using Dynaform software and SVR supporting vector machine arithmetic, the effects of strength factor ratio, thickness ratio, pressure-pad-force value and spread, brake bead resistance value and friction element on the move- ment of weld line were analyzed by seting up models. The results show that when the strength ratio and thickness ratio are definite, with the continuous change of element selection, there is minimum value in weld-line movement. At the same time, using the mould can rapidly forecast the weld-line movement, which can save emulations calculation time,improve work efficiency and provide new ideas and references for controlling the weld-line movement.
