中文摘要:针对目前常用提取偏差信息的左右积分比较法对V型不对称坡口不适用的情况,结合摆动电弧传感器低频率的特点,提出一种半周期单边积分比较法判断焊枪位置,并采用弧长控制的算法来提取偏差。经实验证明,半周期单边积分比较法用于低频率的摆动电弧传感器,解决左右积分比较法对V型不对称坡口存在的误判是可行的,跟踪效果良好。
英文摘要:The left-right integral comparison method, which is commonly used to extract deviation information, does not apply to asymmetric V-groove. Combining with the characteristics of low-frequency oscillating arc sensor, half-cycle integration of comparative law to judge sided gun position was presented and the arc-length control algorithm was used to extract the deviation. The results show that when unilateral half-cycle integral comparison method is used for the low-frequency oscillations arc sensors, the wrong justice caused by the unapplication of left-right integral comparison method in asymmetric V-groove can be solved and the tracking effect is good.
