中文摘要:按照D550R焊条药皮配方,采用纳米SiO2取代或部分取代其中的硅微粉,制成三种焊条。通过操作性能测试、汉诺威电弧质量分析系统测试、硬度及磨损试验和微观分析,研究了药皮中纳米SiO2比例对焊条工艺性能、力学性能和微观组织的影响。研究表明,纳米SiO2可以使焊条的脱渣性、焊缝成形得到改善;使焊条的焊接工艺性能变差、熔敷效率下降。100%纳米SiO2焊条熔敷金属在无润滑连续滑动磨损条件下的耐磨性比硅微粉焊条提高约1倍。
英文摘要:According to the composition of electrode D550R coating, in which the silica micropowder was replaced with nano-scale SiO2 partly or completely, then, three electrodes were made. By the testing of welding processing properties, measurement of Hannover arc characteristics analyzer, hardness test, wear test, and micro-analysis, the influences of the proportion of nano-scale SiO2 in the coating on technological properties, mechanical properties and microstructure of the electrodes were studied. The results show that nano-scale SiO2 can improve the slag detachability and appearance of weld; but decrease the welding processing properties and deposited efficiency. The wear resistance of deposited metal of 100% nano-scale SiO2 electrode is about twice as high as the silica micro-powder electrode under the condition of oil-free lubricatoin and continuous skimming wear.
