中文摘要:活性化TIG(A-TIG)与传统TIG相比,可显著增加焊接熔深,改善焊缝成形,降低焊接热输入,从而显著提高焊接接头质量。本文对活性剂提高TIG熔深的机理进行了探讨,重点介绍了“电弧收缩理论”和“表面张力温度梯度改变理论”两种熔深增加机理以及在不同焊接方法、焊接材料和活性剂成分等条件下两种机理的各自作用与表现。
英文摘要:Compared with conventional TIG, the TIG with active agent(A-TIG) can significantly improve weld penetration, performance, reduce heat input and improve the quality of welded joints. The mechanism that activate agent can increase A-TIG weld penetration was discussed and two kinds of theories: "the theory of arc contraction" and "the theory of changes in surface tension temperature gradient" were introduced. The respective roles and performance of the two mechanisms in the different conditions, such as different welding methods, welding materials and ingredients of active agents, were introduced.
