中文摘要:以工程机械常用的Q550高强度钢为母材,采用ER50-6 和MK·G60-1焊丝,对20和30 mm两种板厚的实验材料进行焊接,以T形角焊缝接头形式为研究对象,对不同坡口角度的接头形式进行弯曲试验和金相组织分析。结果表明,坡口角度为25°~35°时,焊缝具有良好的综合力学性能,同时比45°坡口角度的焊缝可减少焊接道数,从而约减少18.5%的焊接工作量。
英文摘要: Q550 high-strength steel was commonly used in hydraulic supports as base material, the test materials with 20 mm and 30 mm thickness was welded using ER50-6 and MK·G60-1 wire. Taking welded joints with T-shaped angle as research object, in view of the different forms of groove-welded joints, the bending experiment and microstructure was analyzed. The results show that, in the condition of groove angle 25°~35°, the weld has good comprehensive mechanical properties. The number of welding pass reduces, and the welding workload can reduce by about 18.5% compared with 45° weld groove.
