中文摘要:基于高斯体热源模型和ANSYS有限元软件,建立钛合金BT20管口激光焊接的数值分析模型,使用其APDL二次语言,利用多步循环来实现对激光焊接过程的模拟,并获得相应的温度场、应力场分布情况。从模拟结果可看出,随着激光束远离起始端,焊层上的拉应力值逐渐减小,并转变为压应力,最后趋向零。
英文摘要:Based on gauss body heat source and ANSYS finite element software, the numerical analysis model for BT20 titanium pipe orifice during laser welding was built. Following APDL second language, the simulation of laser welding was implemented by multi-step cycle, the distribution of temperature field and stress field was successfully acquainted. It can be observed from the results that the tensile stress of the welding layer gradually decreases as the laser beam being away from the start at last, the tensile stress transforms into compressive stress and tends to zero.
