中文摘要:针对生产中出现的A6N01铝合金焊接裂纹问题进行了相关研究。通过从力学性能(硬度)、低倍及高倍显微组织等方面的分析,认为在A6N01铝合金的焊接过程中,裂纹容易出现的部位为焊缝区和热影响区,热影响区易出现力学性能不合格的缺陷。在此基础上,研究了裂纹的形成机理以及热影响区力学性能降低的原因。
英文摘要:The problem of the welding crack in A6N01 aluminum alloy profile during practical production was researched. By analyzing mechanical properties (hardness), macrostructure and microstructure, it can be concluded that the location of crack is in the weld zone and heat affected zone and the defect of unqualified mechanical properties easily occur in heat affected zone. On this basis, the forming mechanisms of the crack and the reasons for the reduction of mechanical properties in heat affected zone were researched.
