中文摘要:分析了低合金高强度结构钢S890的成分特点,并通过热模拟试验研究了峰值温度、t8/5 等焊接工艺参数对其焊接热影响区性能和组织的影响,同时考察了实际焊接时热输入对其焊接接头性能的影响。结果表明:当焊接热输入由低向高变化时,S890钢的显微组织由回火马氏体转变为铁素体和珠光体,并伴随有奥氏体晶粒的粗化,因此在较低峰值温度或较短t8/5时其焊接热影响区的韧性及硬度要高于较高峰值温度或较长t8/5时的值。而在实际焊接中,热输入在一定范围内的变化对S890钢接头强度的影响不明显,但随着热输入的增加,接头的塑性降低较多。
英文摘要:The chemical composition features of S890 low alloy high-strength steel were analyzed,the influences of welding parameters, peak temperature and t8/5 on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welding HAZ of the steel were investigated by thermo-simulation test, and the influence of welding heat input on the mechanical properties of the welded joint was also investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the steel changes from tempered martensite to ferrite and pearlite when welding heat input changes from low to high, which accompany the austenite grains coarsening, so the impact toughness and hardness of the welding HAZ at lower peak temperature and shorter t8/5 are higher than that at higher peak temperature and long t8/5. In practical welding, the influence of heat input change in a certain scope on the welded joint strength of the steel is not distinct, but the plasticity of the welded joint falls off steeply as heat input increasing.
