中文摘要:采用真空热压烧结工艺制备Cu-Fe基粉末金刚石复合材料磨头, 通过金相、 XRD及硬度测试等试验方法, 研究烧结温度对Cu-Fe基金刚石复合材料硬度的影响。 结果表明, 在不同烧结温度下,烧结体中各元素之间产生冶金结合, 且合金化程度随温度的升高而增大。 在930 ℃时,烧结体中金刚石与基体结合性较好,硬度最高,达到166.7 HB。
英文摘要:The diamond reinforced Cu-Fe based composite was prepared by vacuum impressed sintering. Consequently, the influences of sintering temperature on the hardness of the composite were investigated by microscope, XRD and hardness test. The results show that the bonding way between elements is metallurgical bonding and the alloying rate rises with the increase of sintering temperature. When the sintering temperature is 930 ℃, the diamond and Cu-Fe matrix has fine combination, the highest hardness reaches 166.7 HB.
