中文摘要:采用高能球磨法和温压工艺制备纳米铜/石蜡复合材料,通过改变成形压力来获得不同体积密度的复合材料, 研究了体积密度对纳米铜/石蜡复合材料热膨胀性能的影响规律,并分析了体积密度对热循环性的影响。结果表明, 体积密度对纳米铜/石蜡复合材料的热膨胀性能有显著的影响,该复合材料的体积膨胀率随体积密度的增加而增大。50 ℃时,体积密度为4.62 g/cm3的复合材料具有较好的热循环性。
英文摘要:Nano-Cu/ paraffin composite was prepared by high energy ball milling and warm pressing. The composite with different bulk density was obtained by changing molding pressure. The effects of bulk density on the thermal expansion behavior of Nano-Cu/ paraffin composite were investigated. Its influence on thermal cycling was also studied. The results show that the effects of bulk density on the thermal expansion behavior of nano-Cu/ paraffin composite are obvious. The volume expansion of the composite increases with the increase of bulk density. The composite with the bulk density of 4.62 g/cm3 has better thermal cycling properties at 50 ℃.
