中文摘要:综述了超声冲击法实现材料表面纳米化的研究现状,分别从超声冲击的基本原理及装置、纳米化后材料表面的结构特征以及对硬度、耐磨性的影响的研究进展方面进行了介绍,最后分析了超声冲击纳米化的发展方向。
英文摘要:The research situation of material surface nanocrystallization by ultrasonic peening was reviewed, the research situation of the basic principles and devices of ultrasonic peening, the structural characteristics of material surface after nano-crystallizating, and the influences of structural characteristics on hardness and wear resistance were introduced. The development direction of ultrasonic peening nano-crystallization was analyzed.
