中文摘要:采用超音速火焰喷涂技术,在20钢表面制备WC-12Co涂层并对其进行电接触强化实验。通过金相显微镜观察试样的显微组织与形貌,利用维氏显微硬度仪分析显微硬度的分布特征,采用试样剪切法表征基体与涂层的结合强度。结果表明,经电接触强化后,涂层表面缺陷明显减少,涂层致密,涂层与基体间过渡区不明显,出现冶金结合状态。强化后涂层硬度总体上升,涂层与基体的结合强度显著提高。
英文摘要:With HVOF technique, a layer of WC-12Co coating was sprayed on the surface of 20 steel, and then an electrical contact strengthening experiment was carried out to improve the microstructure and properties of the coating. The microstructure and morphology was observed by metalloscopes. The hardness distribution was measured by Vickers sclerometer, and the bond strength between coating and metallic substrate was measured by tangential bond strength testing. The results show that, the defects of the coating surface obviously reduce, the coating is compact, the transition layer is not evident, and the metallurgical bonding forms after electrical contact strengthening. The hardness of the coating is higher after electrical contact strengthening and the bonding strength between coating and metallic substrate evidently increases.
