中文摘要:借助金相显微镜和扫描电镜,研究了塑性变形及热处理对经Y + Sr、Y+ La+ Sr变质的4032合金组织的影响。结果表明:塑性变形会提升变质剂的后续变质效果,合金经过轧制可以弥补变质不足而引起的组织粗大现象,硅相及组织内其他相的细化效果随变形量的增加而提升;均匀化退火能使硅相分布更加均匀,固溶时效工艺可影响组织形貌,对于某些变质剂在塑性变形后会产生进一步后续变质效果,但对某些变质剂,如果固溶温度和时间没有控制好,会出现粗化现象。
英文摘要:The effects of plastic deformation and heat treatment on the microstructure of 4032 alloy modified with Y+ Sr, Y+ La + Sr were investigated using OM and SEM. The results indicate that plastic deformation can promote subsequent modification efficiency. The coarse microstructure caused by inadequacy modification can be made up by rolling, the refining effect of silicon phases and other phases improves with the increase of deformation degree; the distribution of Si phases is uniformed by homogenizing annealing. Solid solution and aging treatment processcan influence the microstructure and morphology of the alloy, for some modifiers, subsequent modification efficiency comes after plastic deformation, but for others, phases coarsening will happen if the heat treatment process is not controlled well.
