中文摘要:研究了由不同的冷却工艺(空冷、水冷以及液氮深冷)制备的Al-10Sr中间合金对A356铝合金变质效果的影响,还分析了Sr对A356合金的变质机理。结果表明,用在液氮深冷条件下制备的该中间合金对A356合金变质后,硅呈粒状近弥散分布于基体中,有少量纤维状共晶硅,不存在片状硅,达到了好的变质效果。
英文摘要:The modification effect of Al-10Sr master alloy prepared by different cooling process(air cooling, water cooling and liquid nitrogen deep cooling) for A356 alloy was studied. The modification mechanism of Sr to A356 alloy was analyzed. The results show that Al-10Sr master alloy prepared under liquid nitrogen deep cooling process show excellent modification effect on A356 alloy, silicon phase disperses in Al matrix and shows particulate morphology. A little fiber -shape eutectic silicon and no silicon phase exists in A356 alloy, which can realize good modification effects.
