中文摘要:采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜等检测手段对于不同含量Sr微合金化后的Al-17Si过共晶铝硅合金的显微组织、断口形貌进行了研究。结果表明,锶含量在0.6wt%时,合金组织最为理想,较大针状的共晶硅变为短杆状或颗粒状,使显微组织明显细化。锶对初晶硅的细化效果不明显,在Al-17Si合金显微组织中以针状相分布。从断口形貌上看,锶含量在0.3%和0.6%时,试样断口呈现准解理断裂。
英文摘要:The microstructure and fracture morphology of Sr-micro-alloyed Al-17Si alloy were studied by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and so on. The results show that, when Sr content is 0.6wt%, the microstructure of the alloy obviously fines and the large needle eutectic silicon changes to the fine lamella or particle ones, but the coarse block and stripe primary crystal silicon does’t obviously fine. From the fracture surface, when Sr content is 0.3% and 0.6%, the fracture morphology of the specimen shows a quasi-cleavage fracture.
