中文摘要:采用喷射沉积技术制备了Al-15Si-5Fe-2Ni-1.5Mn-3.5Cu-1Mg-1V合金。在480 ℃下对其进行热挤压,挤压比为8 :1和14 :1;对挤压态合金进行了100~450 ℃保温20 h和300 ℃保温10~720 h的热暴露。利用金相法、XRD、SEM等分析了合金的组织特征及热稳定性;利用EET理论计算了合金元素对α-Al和β-Si电子结构参数的影响。结果表明:挤压态合金在450 ℃以下20 h和在300 ℃保温720 h以下,初晶Si相没有明显的粗化。
英文摘要: Al-15Si-5Fe-2Ni-1.5Mn-3.5Cu-1Mg-1V alloy was prepared by spray-deposition method. The hot extrusion for the alloy was made at 480 ℃, and the extrusion ratio was 8 : 1 and 14 : 1, then the hot exposure from 150℃ to 450℃ for 20 h and from 10 h to 110 h at 300℃ was applied to the as-extruded alloy, respectively. The microstructure and thermal stability of the as-extruded alloy was studied by OM, XRD and SEM, and the influence of alloy elements on the electron structure parameters of α-Al and β-Si was investigated by EET theory. The results show that the primary Si doesn’t become coarse obviously, when the as-extruded alloy is heated at below 450 ℃ for 20 h and at 300 ℃ for below 720 h, respectively.
