中文摘要:在传统铸造铝硅合金ZL101的基础上,通过添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V和RE等合金元素开发出改良铸造铝硅合金。在干滑动摩擦条件下,由于有较多的“第二相”增强作用,耐磨性和减摩性显著提高;其磨损机理由ZL101合金的粘着磨损演变成更偏向于磨粒磨损。
英文摘要:The modified casting aluminum silicon alloy was developed by adding Cu, Ni, Mn, V, RE and other alloy elements into the traditional casting aluminum silicon alloy ZL101. Under dry sliding, the wear resistance and antifriction ability of the modified casting aluminum silicon alloy remarkably improve since the strengthen action is from “second-phase”. By the way, its mechanism of wear changes from the adherence abrasion in ZL101 alloy to abrasive wear.
