中文摘要:通过实验研究了工艺参数对半固态镁合金AZ91D铸轧板带硬度的影响。结果表明,适当地降低浇铸温度可以提高板带的硬度,且采用水冷的冷却方式比空冷方式所得到的板带硬度要高。对板带进行T4处理后,由于 ?茁-Mg17Al12相在高温中逐渐溶解分化, ?琢-Mg相增大,其硬度有所下降。而在固溶处理后再采用时效处理会促使 ?茁-Mg17Al12相的析出以及在组织内的分布,从而?琢-Mg基体得到强化,有效增强了板带硬度。
英文摘要:The influence of process parameters on hardness of casting-rolling strip of semi-solid AZ91D alloy was studied by experiment. The results indicate that suitably decreasing pouring temperature can increase the hardness of the strip. The hardness of the strip is better with the water cooling than with the air cooling. After T4 treatment, ?茁-Mg17Al12 phase is decomposed and ?琢-Mg phase is increased, so the hardness of the strip decreases. But after T6 treatment, ?茁-Mg17Al12 precipitates in microstructure, and ?琢-Mg phase is strengthened, the hardness of the strip is effectively enhanced.
