中文摘要:利用有限元分析软件DEFROM-3D来模拟履带板多向主动加载成形过程。通过对多向顺序加载、多向同步加载、多向分步加载三种不同方式的充型和飞边情况图、等效应力极值-时间曲线图以及上凸模载荷-行程曲线图、侧凸模载荷-行程曲线的比较,得出了多向顺序加载为最佳工艺方案。
英文摘要:The track shoe formed by multi-axial active pressing was numerically simulated using DEFORM-3D software. The filling situation and fly side, the effective stress-time diagram as well as extrusion pressure-stroke curves for the top male die and side male die under multi-axial sequential pressing, multi-axial asynchronous pressing and multi-axial sequential pressing were compared. The simulation results show that the multi-axial sequential pressing method is best for manufacturing track shoe.
