中文摘要:对某型摩托车矩形后叉管的压弯变形过程及其管壁的畸变进行了理论和实验研究。结果表明,与圆管、板材等型材的压弯相比,薄壁矩形断面管压弯更容易产生严重的截面畸变;在相同的压弯弯曲角度下,增大凹模支点的间距可以减小管坯截面的畸变。传统的薄壁矩形管压弯工艺难以避免截面顶面的压凹以及侧面的外凸等畸变,但通过管内腔灌砂后压弯的工艺方案,可以得到截面质量好、满足要求的薄壁矩形管弯曲件。
英文摘要:The deformation of a type of motorcycle fork tube and the distortion of tube wall during press bending were studied by numerical simulation and physical test. The results show that the severe cross section distortion takes place much easier in the thin-walled rectangular tubes than that in the circular tubes and plank stuff. At the same press bending angle, the cross section distortion of the tubes decreases by increasing the distance between the die fulcrums. It is difficult to avoid the distortion of top surface concave and the side surface convex of the cross section in the thin-walled rectangular tubes using the traditional press bending process, but when the rectangular tubes are filled with sand inside, the thin-walled rectangular bending parts have good cross section quality and meet the requirements.
