中文摘要:选用6组缝焊工艺参数对铁铬铝复网毡进行焊接实验,观察分析了其接头形貌,测定了焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明,当焊接电极压力达3.6 kN时,纤维毡沿压痕处断裂;焊接电流和焊接速度对焊接接头力学性能影响较大,当焊接电流为焊机额定电流的32%、焊接速度为0.6 m/min、焊接压力为3.2 kN时,焊接接头抗拉强度达到母材的87%。
英文摘要:Fe-Cr-Al fiber felt with one-side net was welded by seam welding under six groups of process parameters and the microstructure and mechanical property of the welded joints were researched. The results indicate that the fiber felt breaks along the indentation while the electrode pressure reaches 3.6 kN. The welding current and welding speed have great effects on the mechanical property of the welded joint. The tensile strength of the sample reaches 87% of the base metal, when the welding current is 32% of the rated current, welding speed is 0.6 m/min and welding pressure is 3.2 kN.
