中文摘要:基于专业焊接软件SYSWELD,采用Goldak提出的双椭球热源模型,对1.5 mm厚铝合金管点焊过程进行了有限元数值模拟。模拟中充分考虑了材料热物理性能参数的非线性,及对流、辐射等边界条件对焊接温度场的影响,并运用HSF校正工具对热源各项参数进行校核。将模拟结果与焊接接头相比较,结果表明:计算所得熔池形状与实验结果基本吻合,得到了焊接接头温度场的变化规律。
英文摘要:Based on SYSWELD welding software, adopting double ellipsoidal heat source model, the welding process for aluminum alloy thinwall with 1.5 mm was simulated. The welding processing parameters were modified with Heat Source Fitting tool, while the non-linear of the thermo-physical performance parameters and the effects of convection and radiation on the welding quality were taken into consideration in the simulation. The results show that the weld pool shape obtained through calculation is in great agreement with the experiment results.
