中文摘要:针对10CrSiNiCu船体钢板焊接过程比较复杂,变形不易控制的现实,利用ANSYS软件对焊接过程进行了有限元模拟。通过编写APDL程序,实现了基于生死单元模拟的焊接有限元计算,得到了不同焊接工艺参数条件下模拟变形的计算结果,并与试验对比,两者焊接变形差异较小,表明焊接模拟变形能较好的反映实际变形。
英文摘要:Considering the complexity of welding process and uncontrollable welding deformation on 10CrSiNiCu ship hull steel, the welding process was simulated by ANSYS software. Using ANSYS Parametric Design Language, the heat source simulation based on “life” and “dead” of element was realized. The results show that the calculation results on simulation deformation under different welding process were obtained from the simulation. The disparity of the welding deformation is very small between the experiment and the simulation of welding deformation, which is able of reflecting the practical welding deformation.
