中文摘要:为了提高热锻模寿命,采用有限元方法分析了热锻模连续工作状态下的温度场和应力场。根据温度场的分布将热锻模分为温度波动区、温度平衡区和散热区3个区,模具失效主要发生在温度波动区;根据应力场得出热应力是热锻模失效的最根本的原因。分析了降低热负荷的方法和途径,提出多金属热锻模设计方法。
英文摘要:In order to improve service life of hot forging dies, the temperature field and stress field of hot forging dies under continuous working state was analyzed using finite element method. According to the distribution of temperature field, hot forging dies is divided into three areas, such as temperature fluctuation area, temperature balance area and temperature descending area, and the hot forging dies failure occurs mainly in the temperature fluctuation area; the thermal stress is the most fundamental failure reasons on the base of the distribution of stress field in hot forging dies. After analysis of reducing the heat load's ways and means, the design method for multi-metal hot forging dies is proposed.
