英文摘要:Aiming at the structural characteristics of bevel gears, the cold precision forging process was determined. The bevel gear’s cold forging die was designed based on the principles of cold precision forming. The basic method and general approach to die design using SolidWorks software was introduced. The geometric shape of bevel gear die and parts was designed, and the die assembly drawing was generated. The working process and character of the designed cold precision forging die for bevel gear was analyzed.
