中文摘要:利用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对F550高强度船板钢热变形行为进行了研究,实测了不同变形温度、变形速率、变形程度下F550船板钢的变形抗力,分析了各工艺参数对变形抗力的影响。建立了其变形抗力的数学模型并用SPSS 方法进行了回归。结果表明,该模型具有良好的曲线拟合特性,计算结果与实测值基本吻合。
英文摘要:The hot deformation behavior of F550 ship plate steel at high temperature was investigated using Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulator, the effects of deformation temperature, strain rate and deformation quantity on the deformation resistance were analyzed by measuring the deformation resistance at different deformation temperature, deformation speeds and deformation quantity. Mathematical model was established and regressed by SPSS. The results show that the model has good characteristic in imitating curves, and the predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental values.
