中文摘要:通过金相与电子显微分析和拉伸强度、硬度测试等方法,研究了元素Zr对Zn-11%Al-8%Cu-Mg合金微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Zr的加入能够细化合金组织,Zr元素多以Zr-Zn-Al化合物的形式存在,分布于初生相附近;Zr的存在能够提高合金的强度和硬度,在锆加入量为0.4%时合金的性能最好。
英文摘要:The effects of Zr addition on microstructure and properties of Zn-11%Al-8%Cu-Mg alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscope, electron probe micro-analyser, X-ray diffraction tensile test and hardness test. The results show that Zr addition refines microstructure, the element Zr usually exists in the form of compound ZrZnAl and distributes around primary grains; the strength and hardness are enhanced after Zr addition and the properties are best when the addition of Zr is 0.4%.
