中文摘要:提出了一种通过测量拉伸应力变化计算超塑性空洞分数的方法,并推导出空洞分数的计算公式。对AZ31镁合金空洞分数的计算结果表明:温度、应变量和应变速率是影响材料超塑性拉伸空洞分数的主要因素。
英文摘要:A method was proposed and an equation was deduced for calculating cavity fractions of materials by simply measuring stress during super-plastic deformation. The calculated results of cavity fraction of AZ31 alloy during super-plastic tensile test show that the temperature, strain and strain rate are the main factors to effect cavities fraction.
