中文摘要:采用MMS-2A型摩擦磨损试验机对不同热处理后的30CrMnSiA钢进行摩擦磨损性能实验,并分析磨损条件对其磨损性能的影响规律。结果表明:在其他磨损条件不变,只改变其中一个磨损条件(即磨损距离或磨损速度或载荷)时,随着磨损距离或磨损速度或载荷的单独增加,经不同热处理后的30CrMnSiA钢件的磨损质量损失均增大。
英文摘要:The friction and wear experiment of 30CrMnSiA steel after different heat treatments was carried on using MMS-2A friction wear testing machine. The influence of different wear conditions on wearing performance was analyzed. The results show that, when the other wearing conditions don't change but only changes one of conditions (wearing distance or wearing speed or wearing load). The wear mass loss of 30CrMnSiA steel after different heat treatment increases with the increase of wearing distance or wearing speed or wearing load.
