Synthesis of Nano-structure Yttria Powders with Different Morphology by Hydrothermal Method

中文摘要:以Y(NO)3为原料,在不同pH值条件下,采用水热法合成了氧化钇(Y2O3)前驱体,在不同温度下烧结得到了Y2O3纳米粉体。采用XRD、FT-IR分析前驱体的结构、成分,TG-DTG分析前驱体的热分解过程,FE-SEM分析前驱体及产物的形貌。结果表明:起始溶液pH值对前驱体的化学组成及Y2O3的形貌有显著的影响,随pH值的增大,前驱体及Y2O3的形貌由片状结构逐渐转变为棒状结构,煅烧温度对形貌影响不大。
英文摘要:Yttria precursors were synthesized by hydrothermal method under different pH value using yttrium nitrate as raw material. Nano-meter yttria powder with different morphologies was produced at different sintering temperature. The crystal structure and composition of the precursors were characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The decomposition process for precursors was analyzed by TG-DTG. The particle morphology of the precursors and the final products were characterized by FE-SEM. The results show that pH value of the starting solutions significantly impacts the chemical composition of precursors and the morphologies of yttria. The sheet-like precursors transform into rod-like structure as pH value increasing. The effect of sintering temperature on the morphology of yttria products is little.
