中文摘要:采用“一步法”氧气-乙炔火焰喷焊技术,在Q235钢基体上分别喷焊Ni60、Ni60 + 20%WC和Ni60 +35%WC 三种合金粉末,对喷焊层进行了金相观察、硬度试验和干摩擦磨损、腐蚀磨损试验,分析了三种合金粉末的喷焊层的金相组织,探讨了WC 加入量对喷焊层硬度以及对喷焊层耐磨耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,WC含量升高, Ni60基合金粉末喷焊层的耐磨耐蚀性提高。
英文摘要:The spray coating with different WC content(Ni60, Ni60+ 20%WC and Ni60+ 35%WC alloy powder separately) were prepared on Q235 based alloy using “one-step method” oxyacetylene spray technique. The metallographic examination, hardness test, dry griting abrasion test and corrosion wearing test of the spray coatings were carried out. The alloy composition, microstructure of spray coating was analysed. The effects of WC content in Ni60 based alloy powder on hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the spray coating were studied. The results show that the corrosion and wear resistance increase with the increase of WC content.
