中文摘要:研究了回火工艺对51CrV4钢弹簧材料硬度的影响,结合热膨胀曲线的变化与不同回火温度下钢的微观组织特征,分析了系列回火温度下钢的冲击韧度变化规律。结果表明,该钢的硬度在回火初期下降较快,30 min后达到稳定值;该钢在连续升温过程中的膨胀量变化所揭示的组织变化与对应温度的各回火温度下钢的微观组织相吻合,能很好地解释冲击韧度随回火温度的变化规律。
英文摘要:The influence of tempering process on hardness of quenched 51CrV4 spring steel was investigated. The impact toughness of the steel was analyzed by combining the dilatometric curve of the specimen as-quenched on heating and the microstructure of samples tempered at different temperature. The results show that the hardness of the quenched steel decreases rapidly at early stage and then becomes stable after tempering for 30 min. The change in the dilatometric curve well agrees with the microstructure evolution during tempering, which can explain the change of impact toughness of the 51CrV4 steel with tempering temperature.
