中文摘要:研究了淬火温度对25MnV钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在实验温度范围内,25MnV钢的强度、硬度先随淬火温度的升高而增加,在910 ℃时达到峰值,随后随淬火温度的升高而降低;25MnV钢淬火后组织主要为马氏体,奥氏体晶粒尺寸随淬火温度的升高而增大。
英文摘要:The influences of quenching temperature on microstructure and properties of 25MnV steel were studied. The results show that in the range of testing temperature, the strength and hardness of 25MnV steel raise first with the increase of quenching temperature, it reachs the peak value at 910 ℃, and then it begins to fall down with the increase of quenching temperature. The main microstructure of 25MnV steel is martensite after quenching, and the grain size becomes big along with the increase of quenching temperature.
