中文摘要:通过化学镀方法在钢表面获得了镍-磷-金刚石复合膜,并对镀有复合膜的钢进行淬火及回火热处理,研究了淬火温度(450、650、850 ℃)和回火温度(200 ℃)对复合膜组织和性能的影响。 用SEM、X-射线衍射仪、刻痕法和盐水浸蚀法研究了不同工艺条件下复合膜的形貌、结构、附着性和耐蚀性。 结果表明,热处理后,纳米金刚石颗粒在复合膜中的分布更均匀; 硬度由热处理前的505 HV增大到909.9 HV ;在w(NaCl)=10%溶液中常温下放置48 h,镀层无腐蚀痕迹;在19.6 N的载荷作用下,复合膜无脱落,表明附着力良好。
英文摘要:The composite film of Ni-P-diamond on low carbon steel surface was prepared by chemical plating, and then treated by quenching and tempering. The effects of quenching temperature (450, 650, 850 ℃) and tempering temperature (200 ℃) on microstructure and properties of the composite film were studied. The morphology, microstructure, adhesion and wearing corrosion of the composite film were investigated with SEM, XRD, notch and brine corrosion. The results show that after heat treatment, the distribution of nano-diamond particles is more uniform within the composite films. The microhardness increases from 505 HV to 909.9 HV. Immersion test in NaCl solution for 48 h at room temperature didn't find visible corrosion spot. The composite film remains integrated without any peel-off under scratch load of 19.6 N.
