中文摘要:通过拉伸、冲击和断裂韧性等力学试验方法以及扫描电镜对低合金超高强度钢30Cr3SiNiMoV的力学性能和组织进行了研究,并采用热力学平衡计算(Thermo-Calc软件)方法,得到该钢的平衡相图。结果表明:在实验条件下,随回火温度的升高,30Cr3SiNiMoV钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度逐渐升高,达到最大值后又逐渐降低;而冲击韧度随温度的升高总体上呈现下降的趋势,冲击断口形貌随回火温度的升高逐渐由韧窝型断口向准解理型断口过渡;30Cr3SiNiMoV钢最佳的回火温度为240 ℃。
英文摘要:The influences of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed ultra-high strength 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel were investigated by mechanical test and scanning electron microscop (SEM). The phase diagram of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel was obtained by thermo-calc software. The results show that the tension strength and yield strength of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel first rise up to peak value, then decline with the increase of tempering temperature. The impact energy takes on decline trend as a whole and the impact fracture transition is from cavity fracture to quasi-cleavage fracture. The optimal tempering temperature of 30Cr3SiNiMoV steel is 240 ℃.
