中文摘要:采用等离子喷涂技术制备纳米结构氧化锆陶瓷涂层,通过扫描电镜观察发现涂层中存在两种相,即熔化相和未熔相,利用定量金相分析法计算两相的含量。在统计分析的基础上,研究了纳米氧化锆涂层断面的Vickers显微硬度。从硬度分布的Weibull图中可以看出,纳米氧化锆涂层的显微硬度存在双态分布,与涂层的两相组织一致。
英文摘要:Nano-structured ZrO2 ceramic coating was prepared by plasma spraying. Two phases were observed in the coating using scanning electronic microscope, which were described as molten and non-molten phases. The percentage of two kinds of material was determined using quantitative image analysis. The vickers microhardness of nano-structured ZrO2 coating was investigated following the statistical analysis. It is observed that the microhardness presents a bimodal distribution in their Weibull plots, indicating the presence of the bimodal microstructure.
